The Irish Farrier Register is a directory of farriers practicing in Ireland. It was compiled by the Irish Farriery Authority in 2004, with the support of the Irish Master Farriers’ Association, and was wholly funded by the Department of Agriculture under the National Development Plan.

The Register, as well as being available on-line, is also available in booklet form. Please contact the Irish Farriery Authority if you would like to request a copy.

The Register will be updated on an annual basis and has an open door policy regarding inclusion. Farriers wishing to be included should complete the appropriate registration form and submit it to the Irish Farriery Authority.
